Button text too long for button (Apply Markup to Selected Text)

In BioLit Info Pane / BROWSER the button at the bottom "Apply Markup..." does not fit in the button.
 
It is probably more intuitive and clean to remove this button and add mark-up via a double-click on the selected term in the BROWSER. Perhaps a tool-tip could instruct the user in this matter. If a developer thinks this idea has merit, they should add this as a separate issue.

Fixed, added other improvements as well, such as tooltip, a label for the combo box, and fixed up the title for the tab
