How I can add my own ontology to installed ontologies?

In the current setup ontologies must be obo formatted and explicitly listed in the code. The list is the file driver/program.cs

Search for      "OntList[] ol = new OntList[]  { new OntList("Amphibian gross anatomy","37911"),"

The numbers are ids of ontologies that have been uploaded to the NCBO bioportal. The user guide (in the repository) says:

Supported Ontologies

The following ontologies are downloaded via REST-based web services from the NCBO
BioPortal3 which actively maintains a repository of many of the ontologies in the life sciences
We use the following RESTful URLs:<NCBO_ID><VERSION>

These ontologies can be updated, removed, or reinstalled at any time by the user. Occasionally,
some ontologies may not be available for download; at these times, it is best to visit the
BioPortal website for details about the ontology of interest.

Of course it would be nice if this were more flexible. If you are a programmer and wish to do some development on the plugin, please let me know and I can make some suggestions on how to do this.

We're very close to a new release that will make adding new ontologies very easy via the configuration panel. Hopefully, this will be available in the next few weeks.
